Unlike the X-rays in the past, digital X-rays are safer for you and the environment since they use significantly less radiation than traditional X-rays. The images appear instantly on a computer screen and require no film or developing chemicals. Many people find that digital X-rays are more comfortable than the conventional X-rays used in dental offices in the past. The images themselves are of extremely high quality and will allow us to give you a comprehensive exam. Our dentists can use digital X-rays to plan your course of treatment, track changes in your teeth and oral health, and locate problems, including:
